You'll:Lead, mentor and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional patient experience every timeManage rosters, appointment scheduling, patient flow and centre presentationSupport dentists to deliver efficient, high-quality general dental careEnsure compliance with clinical and operational policies and proceduresMonitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvementPartner closely with your Regional Manager on business goals, team development and centre growthThis role combines hands-on operational management with genuine people leadership - ideal for someone who thrives on variety,
