Job Description:We are looking for a special kind of person - a St Vincent's kind of person.Someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.As a Barista , you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of our St Vincent's Care Services Heathcote.St Vincent's Care Services Heathcote (locally known as John Paul Village) is a 213 bed facility located 35km from Sydney's CBD.
It is situated next to the Royal National Park, one of Sydney's real treasures!

Thurs, Fri & SatThings that work for us:Completion of a Barista course highly regarded.Cert III in Hospitality and/or Food preparation certificate desirable.Availability and willingness to work for the above shifts.Experience in H ospitality, Aged Care, H ospital e nvironment and/or related field idealPrevious experience in a similar role , assisting in the preparation and serving of beverages and mealsProvide services that support high quality barista & food services outcomes for residents, customers, and staff of the facility per their dietary requirements.W ork is delivered and maint ained to a high standard within the facility cafe in the areas of food and beverage service, dishwashing, general cleaning,
and maintenanceHigh level of customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and excellent communication skillsAn ability to provide a catering and kitchen service that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation, and food safety standards.Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (within last 6 months).
