You will warmly welcome guests, manage reservations and seating arrangements, and ensure the smooth flow of the restaurant while delivering professional and attentive service.
Working closely with the wider front-of-house team, you will help create memorable experiences for every guest from arrival to departure in one of Crown Perth's most vibrant dining destinations.We are seeking passionate, polished and guest-focused Hosts to join our team in a part-time position offering ******* hours per fortnight.
In this role, you will:Welcome and seat guests, creating a warm and professional first impressionManage reservations, seating plans and special guest requestsProvide exceptional customer service while supporting the front-of-house teamAssist with restaurant preparation, presentation standards and operational requirementsProcess guest payments accurately and support seamless service deliveryAbout You You are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a premium customer-focused environment.
You take pride in delivering genuine service, remain calm under pressure and enjoy building positive relationships with both guests and colleagues.What You'll BringPrevious customer service or hospitality experience,
