You'll following a clear call flow, capturing details accurately, and explaining options in plain language so they understand their choices and the value behind them.What you'll be doingA full time role in-office at Sippy Downs, Monday to FridayCustomer-focused role, tailored to NSW, addressing all queries related to CTP insurance in addition to our general productsSelling policies, making amendments, performing cancellationsListening to customer needs and identify opportunities to add valueFollow a clear call structure so customers understand their cover, pricing, and next stepsFollow scripts and compliance requirements to make sure everything is done properlyWork toward service and sales targets, with regular feedback and coachingWhat great looks likeCustomers finish the call clear, confident, and feeling genuinely looked afterPolicy information is accurate the first time,
