CONSTANT is currently seeking professional, reliable and physically capable Casual Security Officers to join our team in Brisbane.We are looking forOfficers who are available to start immediately, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm.This role is suited to security professionals who are confident working independently, engaging professionally with members of the public and conducting regular patrols across a large campus environment.About the RoleAs a Security Officer, you will be responsible for conducting patrols across various areas of the Brisbane site using the patrol car, identifying parking and safety issues and issuing infringements where required.Your day will commence at 8:00am with the collection of the company vehicle and enforcement devices.
You will then patrol designated areas throughout the day, with specific areas of concern communicated to you as required.At the completion of your shift, you will return the vehicle and enforcement devices by 4:00pm.Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as officers will be required to prepare clear, accurate and factual reports and infringement notices that may be relied upon as evidence in legal or court proceedings.Key responsibilities include:Issuing parking infringements in accordance with site proceduresConducting regular patrols across various areas of the campusIdentifying and reporting safety issues observed while patrollingResponding to specific areas of concern as directedDriving a company vehicle and/or buggy equipped with licence plate recognition technologyMaintaining a professional and approachable presence while interacting with staff, students and visitorsCompleting accurate reporting and documentation as requiredWhat We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you will have:Current QLD Security LicenceCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificateCurrent Australian Driver LicenceAbility to confidently drive a company vehicle and/or buggyGood physical fitness and ability to comfortably walk around a large campus throughout the dayStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional presentation and attitudeAbility to work independently and follow site proceduresStrong attention to detail and observational skillsReliability and punctualityWhat's On OfferCasual employment with consistent Monday to Friday hours8:00am – 4:00pm shiftsImmediate start availableOngoing work opportunitiesSupportive operations teamProfessional working environmentOpportunity to work within a well-established client siteWhy Join Us?
