As a Clinical Midwife Consultant Grade 2, you will have the opportunity to influence service development, support clinical excellence, and drive positive outcomes for women, babies and families.In this role, you will make a meaningful impact by providing high‐level clinical leadership and expert midwifery care outside standard hours.Deliver safe, compassionate, high‐quality, person‐centred specialist midwifery care to women, babies and familiesExercise extended autonomy in clinical decision‐making, applying advanced knowledge and judgement in complex and dynamic situationsCollaborate closely with patients, families, carers and the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomesDemonstrate expert clinical proficiency in evidence‐based procedures, treatments and interventions within scope of practiceAre You the Right Fit?

At least 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent experience in the specialty field.
