We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Umbo.
This is a part-time role with the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our organisation.
We are looking for someone who has experience in the social enterprise, not-for-profit, aged care or health sector and who is deeply engaged in service delivery in a social enterprise environment.About UmboUmbo is a social enterprise created to solve a huge problem - the lack of speech and occupational therapy across Australia.

Key responsibilitiesAnalyse operational and financial metrics to ensure long term sustainability of Umbo's hubs (virtual clinics) and develop a plan for growth, whilst simultaneously increasing our impact.Analyse data and metrics to make informed decisions that optimise business performanceDevelop a plan to translate organisational strategy into clear operational priorities,



ensuring sustainable growth of the clinical hubsLiaise with the clinical administration team to understand and deliver on operational requirementsEstablish internal structure and processes required to manage day-to-day operations of service delivery and evaluation.Ensure policies and procedures that relate to service delivery are developed and implemented as requiredEnsure operational processes meet NDIS and qualified requirements including the management of Umbo's NDIS auditWhat we're looking forMinimum 4 years experience in operational management in a healthcare, for-purpose or NDIS setting with strong commercial acumen across operations.Demonstrated experience leading a teamStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to coordinate multiple priorities and manage organisational processes effectivelyExperienced in scaling projects and developing operational requirements for growth.A hands-on leader who can move between strategy and operations.Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline or equivalent experienceBe part of a supportive and values-driven organisationMeaningful work that positively impacts people's livesJoin a growing team with a positive team cultureOpportunity to influence strategic financial directionAt Umbo, we have a strong commitment to inclusion and participation and want our team to be reflective of our diverse communities and clients.
