The program supports the transition to practice for Graduate Enrolled Nurses.Learning opportunities:Graduates will have regular contact with dedicated Clinical Support NursesA structured orientation and supernumerary days are providedValuable study days offered throughout the yearPractice in acute, aged care, and community nursing.Key Selection Criteria:Enrolled Nurses with less than 12 months since completion of Diploma of NursingRegistration with AHPRAGood communication skills and the ability to utilise a range of software applicationsEmerging time management skills and ability to prioritise in a versatile and adaptable wayCommitment and willingness to participate in continuing education and development
