We are committed to providing training and education, and offer regular continuing professional development for staff.Under the direction of the senior Nuclear Medicine Technologists, you will provide quality Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT examinations in a safe environment.Excellent technical and clinical skills.Experience in the handling and administration of radiopharmaceuticals.Excellent communication skills.Awareness of all aspects of radiation safety as they pertain to the practices of Nuclear Medicine and PET/CTClassifications for this position will range from CJ7 - CT7.Your ContributionBachelor of Applied Science / Medical Radiations in Nuclear Medicine or equivalentCurrent Medical Radiation Practitioner registration with AHPRA to practice as a Nuclear Medicine TechnologistRadiation use licence issued by the Department of HealthAbility to perform diagnostic CT within the hybrid imaging setting (desired but not essential)Experience sufficient to permit eligibility for accreditation by the Australian and New Zealand Society of Nuclear Medicine (ANZSNM)Current National criminal history check, or willingness to obtainWhat we OfferIn the heart of Fitzroy, CBD at our doorstep, close to some of Melbourne's best cafes,

We are equipped with 4 gamma cameras (2 in the public hospital and 2 in SVPR) and a PET/CT scanner.
