About the RoleAs a Food Services Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our residents, families, and staff by helping deliver high‐quality meal services in line with food safety standards and aged care quality requirements.Salary- $***** per hour + 25% casual loading + NFP benefitsCasual role with 5+ day availability, weekdays preferred.Your day‐to‐day will include:Delivering meals across dining areas within the residenceSupporting basic food preparation when requiredAssisting with planning and delivery of functions and special eventsFollowing catering schedules and food safety programsSupporting residents with service delivery aligned to Aged Care Quality StandardsUpholding protected food handling and hygiene practices across the catering teamAbout YouYou're someone who brings warmth, reliability, and a positive attitude to everything you do.You will haveA caring and compassionate approachStrong listening skills and the ability to understand residents' needsAvailability to work across a 7‐day rotating rosterFood Handling & Hygiene Certificate (required)Previous experience in aged care or commercial catering (highly regarded)Knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP complianceWhat's in It for You?
