Play a key role in shaping our performance across our ARC business.Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our ARC Metalcentre in Mildura, you will work closely with customers and the warehouse team.

You'll be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a hands-on attitude.Experience in customer service, ideally within a trade counter, industrial, manufacturing, or hardware environmentStrong face-to-face and phone-based customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with regular customersProactive, reliable, and adaptable approach with a willingness to learnComfortable working across both customer service and warehouse duties,
