child-focused learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Framework.You'll support children's individual strengths, interests and developmental needs while contributing to observations, documentation, planning and critical reflection.Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to build genuine relationships with children and families and be part of an Early Learning community that values curiosity, inclusion, collaboration and children's agency.About You To be considered, you will ideally have:An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and CareCurrent NSW Working With Children CheckACECQA-approved First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualificationsChild Protection training or willingness to obtain required certificationSound knowledge of the EYLF and NQSStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA genuine passion for high-quality early childhood educationA collaborative, positive and proactive approachImportant – Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
