It's an opportunity to help families navigate challenges and create positive change.About the RoleAs a Family Response Facilitator, you'll be the first point of support for vulnerable families seeking assistance.You will:Build trusting relationships with familiesUndertake risk, safety and needs assessmentsProvide information, advice and practical supportCoordinate referrals to appropriate servicesSupport families using strengths-based and solution-focused approachesAdvocate for positive outcomes for children, young people and familiesWork collaboratively with internal and external stakeholdersWhat You'll BringWe're looking for someone who is passionate about supporting families and thrives in a collaborative team environment.Essential Skills & ExperienceUnderstanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures and communities, or willingness to develop cultural capabilityExperience working with families, children or individuals using strengths-based,
