Axial Training is seeking an enthusiastic and industry-focused Electrotechnology Trainer & Assessor to join our growing team.This is more than delivering training — it's an opportunity to share your experience, inspire the next generation and help young people take their first steps towards a rewarding career in the electrical industry.What You'll Be DoingAs part of this role, you may be responsible for delivering and supporting:Certificate III Electrotechnology training and assessmentCertificate II Electrotechnology programs delivered to secondary school studentsPractical, hands‐on electrical training and theoryStudent mentoring, support and assessmentDeveloping confident, capable and work‐ready studentsMaintaining quality training, assessment and compliance requirementsWorking closely with Axial Training's team and our school partnersYou'll have the opportunity to work directly with schools and students, bringing your real‐world electrical experience into the classroom and workshop and helping students understand what a career in the electrical industry can really look like.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:Qualified and experienced in ElectrotechnologyAn experienced Trainer & Assessor,



or working towards the required TAE qualificationPassionate about sharing their industry knowledgeConfident delivering practical and theoretical trainingReliable, organised and committed to quality outcomesAble to engage and connect with secondary school studentsCurrent with industry practices, standards and workplace expectationsSomeone who enjoys working with young people and seeing them develop and succeedAt Axial, we believe outstanding trainers can have a lasting impact on a student's future.
