Aboutthe PositionBreakfaston the Terrace is the breakfast dining experience at Wests New Lambton,welcoming hotel guests and visitors with great food, quality coffee and genuineservice.
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Casual Breakfast Attendantto help create a positive start to our guests' day.Thisis a front-of-house role suited to someone who enjoys working with people,takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and thrives in a busy teamenvironment.WhatYou'll Be DoingProvidingwarm and professional service to hotel guests and visitorsTakingorders and assisting guests with menu enquiriesPreparingcoffees and other hot beveragesDeliveringfood and beverages efficiently and accuratelyOperatingtills and handling paymentsMaintaininghigh standards of cleanliness and presentationFollowingfood safety, hygiene and RSA requirementsClearingand resetting tables to ensure a welcoming dining environmentAboutYouYou'llbring a positive attitude, strong customer service skills and a genuine passionfor hospitality.
Previous restaurant, café or table service experience will behighly regarded.Ideally,you'll have:Baristaskills or experience preparing coffee and hot beveragesAfriendly and approachable personalityTheability to work efficiently during busy service periodsAstrong focus on teamwork and guest experienceAttentionto detail and pride in your workAvailabilityThisis a casual position requiring flexibility across a 7-day roster including:Earlymorning breakfast shiftsPeaktrading periods, including school holidays and summerAspart of The Wests Group recruitment and assessment process,



all candidatesprogressing to the next stage will be required to complete relevant duediligence and probity checks specific to the role.
