Our mission is to reconnect people with the natural joys of food, and we need passionate team members to help us achieve that.The RolesAs key Retail team members, Supervisors, 2IC, Operations Co-Ordinators you'll play an essential part in providing outstanding customer service, supporting all departments and ensuring our stores remain fresh and inviting.
We will also be holding group style interview sessions for these positions.Location RequirementIf you are successful you must be willing to be placed at any of our Eastern Suburb store locations as advertised.ResponsibilitiesBe the face of our store: Deliver excellent customer service and cater to our customers' needs.Surprise and delight: Offer delicious food that brings smiles to our customers.Keep it fresh: Maintain appealing displays and ensure cases and shelves are clean and well-stocked.Stay accurate: Ensure department signage and pricing are correct.Stock up: Keep shelves, frozen,



and dairy cases fully stocked and organized.Stay organized: Maintain back stock in good order.Safety first: Uphold a safe, clean, and well-organized working and shopping environment.Be a food ambassador: Assist with food sampling programs and maintain a clean, appealing sample area.Follow the rules: Adhere to all health and safety procedures.For all Supervisor, Section Lead, Operations Co-Ordinator and 2IC roles, additional duties include staff training/supervision, rostering, team management, and more.The Right Type Of PersonPersonality Plus: Outgoing and engaging, ready to connect with our customers.Team Player: Team-oriented and ready to work together for success.Flexible: Availability across our busy 7-day operation is a must!
