In this role, based in the Adelaide CBD, you will work across data, reporting, correspondence and business processes to help keep operations running effectively.This is an opportunity to use your strong organisational and administrative skills in a varied role, while contributing to projects, improving business processes and supporting the delivery of effective services across the team.In this role, you will:Respond to enquiries and provide a high level of serviceManage data and reporting using Excel and other organisational information systemsReview administrative systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvementSupport research, projects and the preparation of reports and correspondenceCoordinate office systems and records to support efficient business operations.About you:You manage competing priorities with initiative, flexibility and a focus on meeting deadlinesYou communicate clearly and professionally, building effective working relationships with othersYou have a strong eye for detail and take pride in accurate, high-quality workYou confidently manage information, data and systems, including Microsoft Office and database applicationsYou solve problems thoughtfully,
