Operating the largest horse training facility in Southwest Victoria.Managing several highly engaged function spaces.Our small team prides itself on being hard-working, collaborative, and easy-going.
We are a team that values trust, initiative, and mutual support.The Role:This role is primarily responsible for the delivery of the WRC's race day and non-race day events and functions.




The successful candidate will have knowledge of and, ideally, a passion for events.
You will have the ability to provide support in all aspects of the Club's operations, where:You have experience working in a dynamic environment where organisation matters.You have amazing customer service which you consider a vital aspect of any role.You love analysing different aspects of the business and crunching the numbers.You'll enjoy the opportunity to work with a fabulous group of Club sponsors.You consider yourself, amongst all things, a team player.You are excited at the prospect of working on our key events.We are looking for someone who is outgoing, cheerful and effective, enjoys a variety of work and can communicate well at all levels.
