As a Demo Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting product evaluations, customer trials and training events across Australia and Recent Zealand.
Working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, you'll coordinate, prepare and dispatch medical device equipment, ensuring everything arrives on time, in the right location and in excellent condition.This is a hands-on role that combines logistics, inventory management, stakeholder coordination and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
The equipment you manage is often a customer's first experience with Stryker, making attention to detail and high standards essential.Based full-time onsite in our St Leonards office, you'll join a close-knit team that works together to deliver an exceptional experience for our internal stakeholders and customers.What You'll DoCoordinate demo equipment bookings and dispatches across ANZManage inventory movements and maintain accurate stock recordsPrepare, pack and ship equipment for customer trials and training eventsSupport cadaver labs and educational programsPartner with Sales, Marketing and other internal stakeholdersPrioritise multiple requests and competing deadlinesMaintain high standards of quality,
