From our facility in Mayfield, NSW, we supply high-quality, durable products to both national and international markets.We're looking for a proactive and organised Supply Chain Coordinator to support the efficient flow of materials, inventory, and finished goods across our operations.The Role:You will support and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and supplier engagement.Working closely with our Planning, Operations, Production, and Procurement teams, you will play a key role in ensuring stock availability, maintaining accurate system data, and supporting the effective movement of goods throughout the business.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, deliveries, and logistics activitiesMonitor inventory levels and support replenishment planningMaintain accurate supply chain and inventory recordsAssist with purchase orders, supplier communications, and delivery schedulesResolve supply, inventory, and delivery discrepanciesPrepare reports and support continuous improvement initiativesWork closely with suppliers,



freight providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.What Success Looks LikeStrong product availability and inventory accuracyReliable supplier and freight performanceAccurate supply chain data and reportingProactive identification and resolution of supply issuesOngoing improvements to processes and efficiency.About You:Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory Management, or a similar roleStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesConfident communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsExperience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft ExcelManufacturing experience and relevant qualifications are advantageous but not essential.Why Join MITS Alloy?
