You may already be an experienced Optical Dispenser, or you may be bringing robust customer service skills from another industry and be ready to build a career in optics.The RoleYou'll support patients throughout their experience with the practice, from their first interaction through to selecting, fitting, and collecting their eyewear.Your day may include:Welcoming patients and coordinating appointmentsHelping patients select frames suited to their needs, style and lifestyleExplaining lens options and recommendations clearlySupporting optical dispensing, adjustments and repairsProcessing orders and completing practice administrationWorking alongside Optometrists and qualified Optical DispensersThe responsibilities can be shaped around your experience.
An experienced dispenser will be able to use their technical knowledge from the outset,
