We create safer, smarter and more sustainable environments - powered by our people, trusted partnerships and a culture of innovation.Browse our current opportunities below and apply to become part of our team.We're looking for an organised and proactive HVACScheduler /Service Coordinator to join our Precise Air team in Victoria.In this role, you'll coordinate technicians, schedule planned maintenance, manage service jobs from start to finish, and support the day-to-day delivery of our service contracts.Working closely with our Service Team, clients, and subcontractors, you'll play a key role in ensuring work is completed on time, customer expectations are met, and our systems remain accurate and up to date.Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling technicians and subcontractors across metropolitan and regional VictoriaCoordinating planned preventative maintenance and reactive service workLiaising with clients to organise service attendance and close out work ordersSetting up new contracts, sites, assets, and service jobsMaintaining accurate records in Pronto, Uptick, and client portalsProcessing completed jobs, purchase orders, and customer invoicesAssisting with monthly billing, reporting, and operational administrationMonitoring contract KPIs and supporting service delivery performanceSupporting timesheet processing and general administrative activitiesWorking closely with Team Leaders, Service Managers, and FinanceWhat You'll BringPrevious experience in scheduling, service coordination,



or administrationStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracyConfident communication skills and a customer-focused approachAbility to work collaboratively across multiple teamsA proactive attitude and willingness to improve processesN ice to HaveExperience using Pronto, Uptick, Corrigo, or similar ERP/service management systemsExperience within the fire protection, HVAC, building services, maintenance, or trades industryUnderstanding of service contracts and planned maintenance schedulingWhy Join Precise?
