As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Location is near Warnbro Shopping Centre with easy access to local shops.

The centre is a 99-place facility with five dynamic rooms and three outdoor play areas.
It has a shared vegetable garden, a welcoming foyer, and a well-equipped staff room.
Supported by a Centre Director with 15 years of early childhood experience.

You'll need
Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent
Robust knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Strong understanding of inclusive practices that support all children, aligning with best practices and legal requirements
Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
If you have previous experience leading change in education and possess a Bachelor of Education, a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent, we would like to discuss your fit for this role.
