As a leading provider, we specialise in addiction, bipolar and depressive disorders, OCD, PTSD and complex PTSD management, psychosis and chronic pain management.Key Responsibilities:Deliver evidence-based nursingcareLiaise with the multi-disciplinaryteamEnsure patient and staff safetySupervise, direct and guide nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to deliver patient careDeliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needsCurrent Registration with AHPRAPost Graduate Certificate in Mental Health (highly desirable)Commitment to Quality Patient CareCompliance with ACQSHC National standardsSound clinical decision making and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsWorks well independently and within a teamBasic computer skillsWhy Healthscope?
