Working closely with internal stakeholders and external contractors, you will assist with property management activities, coordinate maintenance and cleaning contracts, undertake property inspections,



and contribute to strategic asset planning initiatives.Key responsibilitiesCoordinating property maintenance and building services programmesManaging contractor relationships and monitoring contract performanceConducting routine property inspections and preparing reportsAssisting with property asset management plans and strategic reviewsSupporting land administration and property-related mattersMaintaining property records, systems, access control and security platformsLiaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding property services and asset requirementsWhat you'll need to succeedExperience in property, facilities, asset management, or a related fieldStrong administration, organisational and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing contractors, maintenance programmes or service agreementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritise workloads and work autonomouslyProficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systemsCurrent NSW Driver's LicenceDesirablesExperience working within local government or a public sector environmentQualificationsQualifications in property, building, facilities or asset managementExposure to asset management, land administration or capital works programme
