As the Flagship Store Manager, you'll lead the opening and success of their brand-new Canberra Centre location and store concept!
You'll create an inviting shopping experience, develop a customer‐centric team culture and build lasting repeat business through genuine styling advice and exceptional service.About you:You're a people-focused retail leader who genuinely loves fashion, styling and helping customers look and feel their best.

With retail leadership experience and strong relationship‐building skills, you'll bring enthusiasm, initiative and confidence to this exciting flagship opportunity.Responsibilities will include:Lead,



coach and develop a small high‐performing store teamDeliver exceptional customer service and styling experiencesDrive sales, store performance and daily retail operationsMaintain visual merchandising and presentation standardsManage stock, inventory accuracy and store administrationSuccessful applicants will have:Experience leading a retail team, ideally within fashionPassion for women's fashion, styling and customer serviceStrong communication and relationship‐building skillsConfidence managing stock, POS and store operationsPositive, energetic and hands‐on leadership approachYou will receive:$65k base salary with full-time permanent stabilityTuesday‐Saturday roster with work‐life balanceNo late‐night rostered trading requirementsLead a stunning brand‐current flagship storeBe part of a welcoming, fashion‐forward teamIf fashion, styling and people are your passion, I'd love to hear from you.
