As a valued member of the Production team and reporting directly to the Mine Manager, you will be responsible for:ResponsibilitiesCoordinating resources to deliver safe and efficient production targets by optimising and implementing mine plansProviding strong and consistent leadership and direction to your teams and be able to clearly communicate and articulate expectationsPromoting continuous improvement by challenging work practices and encouraging employee participation in new concepts.Developing and mentoring co-workers to get the best out of themMaintaining a high level of positive safety performance and workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of company valuesProviding technical guidanceLiaise with key personnel and share ideas for overall improvement outcomesIdentify, assess and control workplace hazardsAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will have:A minimum 7 years' experience in the industry across multiple mining methods including Dragline, Drill and Blast and Truck & Shovel Contract management experienceStrong interpersonal,
