We're a small, tight team — no layers, no bureaucracy — and we need someone organised and unflappable to keep the front end of every job moving: from the moment a quote request lands to the moment it's ready for quoting, nothing stalls and nothing slips — because of you.What you'll doWork the phones — inbound and outbound — with strata managers and site contacts to understand each job, fill in the gaps, and record the details accuratelyDraft inspection requests and coordinate bookings between site contacts and our inspection technicians (fully templated and checklisted — you run the process, not invent it)Review returned inspection documentation for completeness before it goes to quotingHandle the tricky calls — when someone's frustrated about a leak or a delay, you're the calm voice that sorts it out,
