The OpportunityThey are seeking a Small Works Estimator to join their Sydney team.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing accurate tenders, cost plans,



and take-offsSourcing and negotiating tenders via government portalsApplying value engineering principles to deliver cost-effective solutionsSupporting project teams through the bid and delivery processWorking closely with clients to ensure robust communication and trust
About You:
5+ years' experience as an estimator within the NSW construction industryProven track record across commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, or small works projectsStrong understanding of NSW construction market pricingHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident communicator with excellent relationship-building skillsProficient with estimating software and MS Office
