You take pride in delivering accurate, timely outcomes, and you are detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture and approaching broader problem-solving conversations.Your experience may come from system implementation and/or payroll BAU, consulting or a broader HR background with deep payroll exposure.
You may have supported system implementations, testing, data validation or go-live activities.
What matters most is solid payroll capability, sound skilled judgement and a genuine focus on Customer outcomes.You communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure and are comfortable working independently in a remote environment while contributing to a high-performing team.Key responsibilitiesInterpret and apply awards, EBAs and legislative requirements with accuracy and confidencePerform detailed reconciliations, compliance reviews and exception analysis to protect payroll integrityAnalyse and transform large payroll datasets, identifying anomalies, trends and root causesContribute to HRIS system implementations, including design, requirements and system auditsPartner with clients during go-live activities, optimisation of their systems and issue resolutionProduce clear documentation, reporting and control frameworks aligned to best practiceAdvise stakeholders on WFM & Payroll risk,
