Bene Aged Care is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Night Registered Nurse to join our team at the St Agnes Residential Facility on a permanent part-time basis.

Roster
This position is based on the following fortnightly night shift roster (11:00pm to 7:15am):
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and SundayWeek 2: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
About Your Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality clinical care during night duty, ensuring residents receive the support, comfort and clinical oversight they need throughout the night.
In this role, you will:
Deliver person-centred, evidence-based nursing careMonitor residents' health and respond promptly to clinical needs during night shiftsAdminister medications,



manage wound care and maintain accurate clinical documentationProvide leadership and clinical oversight to care staff on dutySupport and mentor Care Workers to ensure best practice standards are maintainedFoster a safe, calm and respectful environment for residents overnightCommunicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare professionals as requiredCollaborate with the broader clinical team to support holistic care planning and continuity of care
Essential
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NursePrevious experience in aged care or a similar clinical settingStrong clinical judgement, communication and leadership skillsCommitment to respectful, person-centred careAbility to work independently and confidently on night dutyCurrent National Police Check, First Aid and Manual Handling certificates
Desirable
Italian language skills (advantageous but not essential)
