Responsibilities include:Data Entry of invoices into MYOB AcumaticaManage and monitor AP workflow and approvals and data integration to MYOB AcumaticaComplete regular payment runsSupport & resolve internal and external stakeholder queriesReconciliation of supplier statementsCompletion of Supplier Credit ApplicationsContinuous process improvement of the Accounts Payable functionAssisting with wider Finance duties as neededWhat we're looking for:Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar end to end AP roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsA high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detailAdaptable to a changing environmentProven ability to actively partner with both internal and external colleagues and managementSelf-driven with an ability to work autonomouslyWillingness to continually develop own skills and improve internal processesComputer literacy in all Microsoft office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems.An understanding of the Hospitality Industry is not essential but would be highly regardedWhy you'll love working for us?
