You will be:Working and consulting with the business to create a safe and productive working environment.Driving a simplified, proactive, risk based and collaborative safety culture.Ensuring WHSE KPI's, policies and procedures comply with all applicable legislation and standards and are integrated into TMHA safety culture.If you're ready to make a meaningful impact with a global leader in innovation and quality, this is your next move.Please note this role is based at our Head Office in Moorebank, NSW 5 days per week.Skills and experience:Minimum 3 years of WHSE experience in an Industrial environmentPrevious experience/involvement in achieving WHSE cultural change.Previous proven experience in managing and working with an integrated safety management systemExperience in implementing new safety methodologies and initiativesInternal auditing experience (desktop and actual)Expertise in workplace incident investigationStrong Interpersonal skills:- communication, negotiation, influencing, listening,



empathy and flexibilityCommercial understandingProven problem solving abilityProject management, organisational and planning skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteWhy work for us?
