As a supervisor for Mammoet, you'll be responsible for orchestrating a team of skilled operatives to prepare, execute and demobilize important and often high-profile heavy lifting and transportation work.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGTaking responsibility for the supervision and execution of assigned workLeading a team with a range of different roles and skillsProviding direction and expert knowledgeOverseeing all phases of work at the site on a day-to-day basisEnsuring work is executed safely,

Professional level experience in people management.
Excellent customer service and situational analysisEnglish, qualified proficiency verbal and writtenSafety training and certification to Operational Supervisor level, to Mammoet standardsEvidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and miningTen years of relevant work experience in horizontal and vertical transportSecondary education (ref.
