Physiotherapist | Blue Care | Kenmore Employment Term: Permanent Part Time Location: Kenmore and Surrounding areas Remuneration: $***** to $***** p/hr + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (KM's) + Employee discounts + 5 Weeks Annual Leave Classification: PO2.1 to PO3.3 - determined by demonstrated experienceYour part in our Blue Care teamYou'll provide holistic, integrated care to our clients enhancing their mobility and movement to promote their independence and wellbeing.
Working with a number of movement conditions associated with musculoskeletal impairments, medical conditions and chronic disease, you will tailor your care to make a real difference in your client's quality of life!
You'll have the chance to develop new treatment programs, helping clients to manage their movement, pain, balance and manual handling.
This will include:Diagnosing, assessing and developing care plans for individuals and groupsPrescription and selection of appropriate adaptive equipment and modificationEducation and training on aspects of therapy for the clients and carersGoal setting activities, as well discharge and resolution planningLiaising with healthcare professionals, such as GPs, nurses and occupational therapists to ensure care plans are formulated and monitoredWhat makes a difference for us?
