We're Building a New Kitchen Team | HOP City Bar, Woolloongabba

Hop City Bar is looking for talented chefs to join us as we restructure and build the next chapter of our kitchen team.

We're recruiting across multiple levels:

HEAD CHEF

We're looking for an experienced kitchen leader who can take ownership of the kitchen, develop a great team and deliver consistently. Strong people management is just as important to us as your ability to cook.

SOUS CHEF / SENIOR CHEF

An opportunity for an experienced chef who wants to step into a senior role, help lead services and be part of building a strong kitchen from the ground up.

CASUAL CHEFS / COOKS

We're also looking for reliable casual chefs and cooks across a range of experience levels. Regular hours available for the right people.

Hop City Bar is an established, busy bar and restaurant with a modern, approachable menu,



a great FOH team and plenty happening across weekly specials, functions and events.

For our senior positions, we're particularly interested in people who know how to lead, coach and develop a team without creating unnecessary stress or drama.
