About the role

NHK Express is seeking an experienced MC Truck Driver to join our team in Shepparton, VIC on a contract basis. As our Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods across the region, playing a crucial role in supporting our road transport operations.

Key responsibilities

- Safely operating large commercial vehicles to transport goods and materials to various locations
- Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle roadworthiness
- Adhering to all relevant road rules, regulations and safety protocols
- Maintaining accurate delivery records and logs
- Securing and protecting cargo during transit
- Providing excellent customer service and liaising with clients as required

About you

- A valid Multi Combination driver's license




- 5 years previous experience as a commercial vehicle driver, preferably in the road transport industry
- Strong safety focus and a commitment to secure driving practices
- Excellent navigation and route planning skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
