This is a genuinely casual role, and right now we can offer one or two shifts a week. That may grow as we do, but we can't promise it will. If you're after full-time hours, this isn't the right fit — if you want a valuable second job or something alongside study, read on.

What we do

Ruelle is a small neighbourhood wine bar in Prahran pouring wines, cocktails, beer and non-alcoholics with a food offering built around cheese, charcuterie and pizza's.

Qualifications & experience

- Basic hospitality experience

- Current Victorian RSA certificate (or willing to complete one before your first shift)

- An interest in wine is ideal — we'll train the right person on the rest

Tasks & responsibilities

- Opening and closing the bar

- Making and serving wine, beer and cocktails, and talking guests through the list

- Food prep — cheese and charcuterie boards, pizza's

- Cleaning and general bar upkeep
