Elchi, a modern Indian fine-dining restaurant in Melbourne CBD, is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team.

Location

Melbourne CBD

6 days per week – Tuesday to Sunday
Evening shifts – from 5:30 PM onwards

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced bartender who can confidently manage a busy restaurant bar and deliver excellent service.

Applicants must have previous professional bartending experience.

You will be responsible for:

- Preparing cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and other beverages
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Managing bar service efficiently during busy periods
- Following RSA and responsible service requirements
- Working closely with the floor and kitchen teams





We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has proven bartending experience – essential
- Has strong knowledge of cocktails and beverages
- Holds a valid RSA
- Is reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Is comfortable working in a busy, premium dining setting
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
