Our client is a large healthcare organisation in Victoria. This role is located in the northern suburbs.

The Role

Reporting to a HR Manager and working closely with another HR BP and HR Coordinator, you will manage business partnering activities for your portfolio. With a solid focus on stakeholder management, industrial and employee relations and employee engagement, they are looking for a HR BP who is experienced with unions & is looking for their next long term role where they can make a difference.

They operate Monday-Friday, 38 hour week, 3 days in office & 2 from home per week.

Duties

- Provide advice and guidance across workplace and industrial relations matters
- Act as a point of contact for union correspondence and meeting management
- Manage employee relations issues, including complaints and conflict resolution
- Support leaders with policy interpretation and leave entitlement queries
- Prepare HR reports and analyse workforce data to ensure continuous improvement

Your Profile

- Previous experience in a similar HR Business Partner role - 3 years minimum
- Previous experience dealing with unions - essential




- A relevant HR qualification
- Previous experience in healthcare - desirable
