Job Description

Stellar Recruitment partners with South32 to recruit a Manager Health, Safety, Workplace, Risk & Training for Cannington Mine in northwest Queensland. You will lead the HSERT function and a multidisciplinary team of around 21 people, reporting to the Vice President Operations.

In this visible leadership role you will translate strategy into executable programs, strengthen accountability, and drive continuous improvement in health, safety, risk and workforce capability across the operation.
