Splend is seeking a Head of Operations to lead our national hub network across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Gold Coast and Adelaide, building capability and setting standards for safe, productive operations. You will guide six Hub Managers and own the fleet disposal strategy to maximise value while aligning with commercial targets.
You will develop processes, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and collaborate with procurement to optimise cost and service across all markets.
