Breakfaston the Terrace is the breakfast dining experience at Wests New Lambton,welcoming hotel guests and visitors with great food, quality coffee and genuineservice. We are looking for a friendly and reliable Casual Breakfast Attendantto help create a positive start to our guests' day.

Thisis a front-of-house role suited to someone who enjoys working with people,takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and thrives in a busy teamenvironment.

WhatYou'll Be Doing

- Providingwarm and professional service to hotel guests and visitors
n
- Takingorders and assisting guests with menu enquiries
n
- Preparingcoffees and other hot beverages
n
- Deliveringfood and beverages efficiently and accurately
n
- Operatingtills and handling payments
n
- Maintaininghigh standards of cleanliness and presentation
n
- Followingfood safety, hygiene and RSA requirements
n
- Clearingand resetting tables to ensure a welcoming dining environment

AboutYou

n

You'llbring a positive attitude, strong customer service skills and a genuine passionfor hospitality. Previous restaurant, café or table service experience will behighly regarded.

Ideally,you'll have:

- Baristaskills or experience preparing coffee and hot beverages
n
- Afriendly and approachable personality
n
- Theability to work efficiently during busy service periods

- Astrong focus on teamwork and guest experience

Availability

Thisis a casual position requiring flexibility across a 7-day roster including:

- Earlymorning breakfast shifts
n
- Peaktrading periods, including school holidays and summer
n

n
