The Salvation Army in Geelong is seeking an AOD Intake & ThroughCare Nurse to provide clinical nursing support across the Geelong Withdrawal Unit, guiding participants from referral and assessment through withdrawal treatment and ongoing care.
Reporting to the Nurse Team Leader, this fixed-term, part-time role is 12 months, 30.4 hours per week, in office in Corio, VIC, working within a multidisciplinary team to promote continuity of care and recovery goals.
