We're looking for a qualified Mechanical Technician to join our Maintenance team at our state-of-the-art Parramatta Creek Processing Facility at Sassafras, around 20 minutes from Devonport.
n

What you'll be doing
n
Working as part of our site Maintenance team, you'll:
n
n
- Service, maintain and repair specialised food processing equipment and machinery.
n
- Complete preventative and breakdown maintenance to keep production running safely and efficiently.
n
- Diagnose faults and find practical solutions to equipment issues.
n
- Maintain plant and infrastructure across our processing facility.
n
- Record maintenance activities using MEX.
n
- Work closely with Production teams to coordinate maintenance priorities.
n
- Support contractors and other team members when required.
n
n
About you
n
You'll bring:
n
n
- Certificate III in a Mechanical Trade and relevant practical experience.
n
- Experience maintaining plant, machinery or production equipment.
n
- Robust fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
n
- A willingness to learn and work with new technology and specialised equipment.
n
- Experience with MEX or a similar maintenance system is desirable.
n
- Forklift licence is desirable.
n
