Whatwill a typical day look like?
n
n
- Lead the operationsof headspace Emerald
n
- Provide strategicoversight of counselling and youth programs across CentralQueensland
n
- Manage servicedelivery, funding contracts, budgets and performanceoutcomes
n
- Build and Maintainstrong partnerships with government, community and sectorstakeholders
n
- Lead, mentor anddevelop disciplinary teams
n
- Drive servicegrowth, innovation and continuous improvement
n
- Ensure compliance,accreditation and quality standards areacheived.

MandatoryRequirements:
n
n
- Abachelor's degree in allied health, behavioural/socialsciences, mental health nursing (or relateddiscipline)
n
- Aminimum of 5 years relevant experience at a manageriallevel
n
