Job Description

Proofpoint is seeking a customer-focused security professional to manage and monitor support interactions for strategic customers, respond to escalations, and align Proofpoint solutions with client needs.

You will lead threat hunting initiatives, analyze email telemetry and headers for threats, and provide actionable recommendations. This role requires strong communication, Windows/AD/Exchange knowledge, and a proactive, cooperative mindset.
