HFW is seeking an Associate to join the Construction team in Melbourne, ideally with 2–4 years' experience in construction disputes. You will work within a national team of Partners, Consultants and lawyers and be supported to own parts of matters from the outset.
This role offers mentoring, a team-oriented culture, and opportunities to work on infrastructure projects, with a focus on risk allocation, contract drafting, and dispute resolution across adjudication, arbitration and litigation.
