Job Description
About the Role
You’ll help NDIS participants manage their plans and funding effectively.
Your responsibilities include:
- Process invoices accurately within NDIS guidelines
- Monitor plan budgets and provide regular expenditure statements
- Communicate with clients to support understanding of their funding and use their funding according to their NDIS goals
- Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records in MYP
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Desired Skills and Experience
Knowledge, skills and experience
You’ll bring:
- Understanding of NDIS principles and plan management processes
- Experience in finance systems or plan management (highly desirable)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and organisational ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
Education and Qualifications
- Relevant experience in finance, accounting, or disability services
- Formal qualifications (Cert IV, Diploma, Bachelor) in finance or related field
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children check
- Valid SA driver’s licence
