Carlile Swim is seeking a Program Manager to lead and develop our Swim Teacher team across our centres. This hands-on leadership role focuses on teaching quality, staff development and day-to-day operations to ensure an exceptional learn-to-swim experience for families.
You will work closely with the centre leadership team, recruit and onboard teachers, and maintain high programme standards while remaining actively involved on the pool deck.
